Pets @ MMM

Good morning y’all ♥ Make My Monday is back with a new challenge for you – this week we’d love to see your „PET“ creations 🙂   that’s right .. scrap a photo from your lovelies or unpack your stamps or designer paper featuring cute dogies, cats, or whatever you like 🙂 Also, check out the design teams creations – they are awesome! I used a rather old stamp by Paper Smooches – I’ve had that one FOREVER but still love those cute and chubby animals:)  .. I also tried something new – for me, a watercolor background .. didn’t quite turn out as great as I hoped but I’ll keep trying J Happy Monday ♥

Watercolor..

.. clean and simple, white embossing, pink .. ♥ For our new Make My Monday challenge I created this card using the beautiful Stampin’ Up! flower stamp “Birthday Blooms” – this beauty is simply perfect for coloring, right? I used some white embossing powder to heat emboss it in watercolor paper and then I started coloring – it’s not something I do on a daily basis so I’m not an expert but I do love how it turned out 🙂 A clean and simple card in one of my favorite colors ♥ Hope y’ll like it and hop over to our challenge and play along 🙂 follow me on Instagram ♥

circles

So today .. you’ll see something very unusual for me .. nothing girly, no bright colors, .. my Mom asked me to create a masculine card with a train .. nothing too childish .. so here we go, I did my best and hope the recipient will appreciate it 🙂 If you want to play along over at our current MMM challenge then please make sure you use your circles 🙂

Lucky ..

Feeling lucky and blessed right now .. I am surrounded by so many amazing people – it’s incredible ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ =&0=& who stands right behind me and encourages me in every situation possible 🙂 That being said, here is a little “lucky” box I created with my envelope punch board – I just love that tool, how can something so simple be so versatile??– =&1=&! Because it’s almost St. Patty’s Day, we’d love to see your lucky projects over at =&2=&– hop over, check out the wonderful projects the DT has created to inspire you and get crafty yourself :)) =&3=& Amusing Challenge: Shades of Green Dragonfly Journeys: Go Green Glittern’n’Sparkle: Use some Green Really Reasonable Ribbon: Green & Gold + Ribbon Brown Sugar: Green & Gold

color challenge – Make My Monday

I know, I know, it’s already Wednesday .. BUT I was pretty sick so I didn’t sit in front of the computer at all, therefore my blog post is late 🙁 I chose the current MMM challenge – Pink, Red & White 🙂 I cased Sam’s card because I absolutely love it 🙂 =&0=& Retro Rubber Challenge: =&1=&red white pink (I had my stamp a little over a year now, it was one of the first things I got as a new SU! demonstrator – I love this stamp) CardMania: add some red Crafts and Me: Red or Valentines Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog

Sketch – MMM and gift card holder

=&0=& Hope you guys had a wonderful, crafty weekend? I’ve almost finished 85 wedding invitations (not for my wedding) this weekend and managed to prepare projects for my workshop tonight 🙂  I also created a little gift card holder – I found the tutorial over at Patty’s blog  I created the gift card holder according to the sketch we feature today over at Make My Monday – the gift card holder is made out of a treat bag – just fold it and put a belly band over it – this allows you to put a gift card into one pocket and a little note into the other one 🙂  Built for Free Using: My Stampin Blog
