What are little boys made of?

snips and snails
and puppy-dogs‘ tails
I love making cards for babies 😀
newborns are the cutest and so are their welcoming cards

this time I tried something different – and kinda like it 🙂 it’s one of those swing cards – you can buy the die for your big shot here – and I used a dark grey which is not usual for a baby card – I guess .. but whatever .. I like it 😀

a friend asked if I could make a last minute babycard – of course I can 🙂 she wanted the card to be kraft and green – with an elephant and the name of the baby boy – I think it turned out great – I love those cute zoo babies

Brown Sugar: Ribbon or Twine

so .. someone I’ve never met before asked me to make some cards (7 invitations) for her daughters christening
not too funky but still girly, cute with owls but still simple
perfect for a christening (thank god for pinterest – browsing through cute owls really helped me creating this card).. so, for me, it is rather hard to create something for someone I don’t know .. – but I still want it to be perfect so .. look for yourself – I think they turned out really good – I love the color, the owl, the window with the sentiment and most of all that it is girly – I can’t really remember the last time I created something for a baby girl +happy+ and I must say, baby Elena-Lara is one of the cutest babies I’ve ever seen — maybe that’s because when she saw me first she instantly smiled at me 🙂
oh well so here it is 🙂
btw: sorry for this bad picture quality – I had to take them in my car before I delivered them 😉

This is the “welcome card” I just mailed 🙂 I love this cute elephant, I think it’s perfect for a baby card 🙂 – still love the idea with the transparent wrapping 🙂

it’s a boy

it’s a booooyyy 🙂
.. a dear friend of mine asked me to create a couple of welcome cards for her baby boy — due date end of July .. I was more than thrilled to create 22 cards that look like this one 🙂 classic: baby blue, white, kraft, polka dots and onesies :)) – not too much sparkle (but one pearl is allowed I guess), buttons and stitches
