color challenge – Make My Monday

I know, I know, it’s already Wednesday .. BUT I was pretty sick so I didn’t sit in front of the computer at all, therefore my blog post is late 🙁
I chose the current MMM challenge – Pink, Red & White 🙂 I cased Sam’s card because I absolutely love it 🙂
Retro Rubber Challenge: RRCB31 red white pink (I had my stamp a little over a year now, it was one of the first things I got as a new SU! demonstrator – I love this stamp)
CardMania: add some red
Crafts and Me: Red or Valentines

Sketch – MMM and gift card holder

Happy Monday to everyone 🙂
Hope you guys had a wonderful, crafty weekend? I’ve almost finished 85 wedding invitations (not for my wedding) this weekend and managed to prepare projects for my workshop tonight 🙂
I also created a little gift card holder – I found the tutorial over at Patty’s blog
I created the gift card holder according to the sketch we feature today over at Make My Monday – the gift card holder is made out of a treat bag – just fold it and put a belly band over it – this allows you to put a gift card into one pocket and a little note into the other one 🙂

Good morning y’all 🙂
Today we are back with a real challenge over at MMM, at least for me it was a big one!
Have you heard of it? It’s actually a really cool technique – all you need is a template and thin paper – heavy DSP is not a good choice because you have to fold thin striped of paper, therefore, thinner paper makes it easier 🙂

Wings at Christmas

We have a lovely new challenge prepared for you over at Make My Monday – this week we’d like to see some wonderful „Wings at Christmas“ creations 🙂 I think the possibilities are endless for this kind of theme, what do you think?
I tried something new, at least for me, this time – a pop-up gift card holder 🙂 I love how it looks and think everyone would appreciate a cute gift like that – it’s always nicer to have something packaged nicely instead of giving it away in a plain envelope 🙂

hope y’all have a wonderful start into the new week and because it’s Monday again the Make My Monday team is having a new challenge for y’all – we want to see your „WHITE CHRISTMAS“ creations – hop over to our MMM challenge blog and link your creations 🙂

I used a lot of white layers on my card – it’s rather simple, but I like it 🙂

Hey y’all 🙂
I’m back from my vacation 🙁 which sucks but I’m glad I’m back at the craft table as well 🙂
Here are some impressions from our trip to Florida, Miami, Bahamas, …. 🙂
And down below you see my current take on the MMM challenge – architecture 🙂

hop over and play along at MMM this week 🙂 we’d love to see some architecture inspired creations 🙂 I just LOVE New York City, so it was easy for me to choose the matching die – I also used my Cameo to cut the sentiment – and for the background I just sponged on some ink, sprayed some water on it and added some salt – love the effect 🙂
Fairytale: starry sky + cosmos
Cut it Up: die cut + inspired by a song — New York, New York by Frank Sinatra
Glitter’n’Sparkle: die cut/punch
Country View Challenge: the color blue
